Ticket Terms: Concession rates apply to students, healthcare and pension cardholders, and seniors. All tickets are non-refundable. Ticket exchanges incur a $2.50 per ticket exchange fee at least 24 hours prior to screening. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

HOW TO REDEEM YOUR PASS FOR TICKETS

Online

• Select the session you would like to attend
• Enter your voucher code before selecting a ticket
• Add your desired tickets to the cart, select seating and proceed to checkout
• If you'd like to add more sessions to your order, click add a film
• Otherwise, complete the payment screen to complete your booking

In Cinema

• Present your festival pass barcode at the box office (you may be requested to show ID)
• Let our staff know your preferred sessions. They'll do the rest!

Terms

• Passes are valid for one person and restricted to one ticket per session.
• 10 and 20 film passes are not valid for Opening, Closing Night, Rooftop or Special Events.
• A VIP festival pass is valid for 1 x redemption on every film and all events excluding live music events.
• All tickets and passes are non-refundable. Tickets can be exchanged for a film at the box office for a fee of $2.50 per ticket at least 24 hours prior to screening.
• Film passes are for the exclusive use of the voucher holder.
• Passes will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
• Film passes purchased at Classic Cinemas may be used at Lido and vice versa.
• Film passes purchased at Ritz Cinemas may only be used at that venue.
• Passes will not be valid for future festivals.
