Welcome to JIFF 2026! 

The Jewish International Film Festival is back, with 52 of the very best Jewish-themed films from around the world screening in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth from 19 October to 26 November.

We kick off JIFF with our opening night selection, the heart-warming French family comedy Just an Illusion, a local box office hit starring Louis Garrel and Camille Cottin and from the directing duo behind The Intouchables.

Our JIFF journey continues with major films from the international festival circuit including Cannes selections A Man of His Time and Paper Tiger, and Ophir Award-winning triumphs The Sea, Where To? and Tell Me Everything.

Plus, new documentaries offer insight into culture-shaping Jewish figures like Hannah Arendt, Gustav Mahler and Tovah Feldshuh.
