The Reports on Sarah and Saleem

Sarah runs a café in West Jerusalem, while Saleem is a deliveryman from East Jerusalem. Despite disparate backgrounds, and the fact that they are both married, their deep attraction leads to an intense sexual relationship. When a risky late-night tryst goes awry and threatens to expose them, the potential repercussions become all too clear, particularly as Sarah’s husband is a colonel in the Israeli army. The casual affair is material for a taut thriller in this exhilarating and accomplished film, as security agencies from both sides of the political divide become involved.
