Terms & Conditions
Concession rates apply to students, healthcare and pension cardholders and seniors. All tickets are non-refundable. Tickets can be exchanged for a free of $2.50 per ticket at least 24 hours prior to screening.

Valid for 10 or 20 admissions across the festival (excluding Opening and Closing Night screenings) and can be used individually or shared by multiple patrons.

HOW TO REDEEM YOUR PASS FOR TICKETS

Online

  • Select the session you would like to attend
  • Enter your voucher code before selecting a ticket
  • Add your desired tickets to the cart, select seating and proceed to checkout
  • If you'd like to add more sessions to your order, click add a film
  • Otherwise, complete the payment screen to complete your booking

In Cinema

  • Present your festival pass barcode at the box office.
  • Let our staff know your preferred sessions. They'll do the rest!

Terms

  • 10 and 20 film passes are not valid for Opening or Closing Night screenings.
  • All tickets and passes are non-refundable. Tickets can be exchanged for a film at the box office for a fee of $2.50 per ticket at least 24 hours prior to screening.
  • Passes will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • Film passes purchased at Classic Cinemas may be used at Lido Cinemas and vice versa.
  • Film passes purchased at Ritz Cinemas may only be used at that venue.
  • Passes will not be valid for future festivals.
